Privacy.

We treat personal and health information as something entrusted to us, not something to trade. This page says what we collect today and what we do with it, in plain words.

What this website collects.

If you request a demo or email us, we receive what you choose to share: your name, work email, organization, role, and your message. We use it for one purpose, which is to reply to you and arrange the conversation you asked for.

This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and loads nothing from advertising or tracking services. If that ever changes, this page will say so before it does.

What we do not do.

We do not sell personal information, share it with advertisers, or add you to mailing lists you did not ask for. Your details are seen by the Velsyna team and no one else.

How long we keep it.

Demo requests and correspondence live in our email for as long as the conversation is useful. If you would like your messages deleted, write to us and we will do it.

Patient and health data.

The Velsyna platform is built for health data, and it is held to a higher bar: encryption in transit and at rest, models that run self-contained without sending information to third-party AI services, and a design intended to meet HIPAA requirements. Clinicians control who sees results, and patients can see what is collected about them.

The platform's complete privacy policy will be published here before any real patient data is handled, and deployment partners receive our security overview and business associate agreement as part of onboarding.
